- Snap One (SNPO) and Resideo (REZI) up 30% and 5%, respectively, after the companies announced a definitive agreement pursuant to which Resideo has agreed to acquire Snap One for $10.75 per share in cash, for a transaction value of approximately $1.4B
- APi Group (APG) up 2% after announcing that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Elevated Facility Services Group and raising its Q1 guidance

- Tesla (TSLA) down 1% after Electrek noted that Tesla is laying off more than 10% of its global workforce
- Apple (AAPL) down 1% after Bloomberg wrote IDC estimated that Apple's iPhone shipments slid a worse-than-projected nearly 10% in the quarter ended in March
